How to build a Pizza oven – You will learn the principles of building
ovens and cooking with them. The day will include making a cob oven from scratch.
You will also make a sourdough pizza base and cook it in a homemade pizza oven,
allowing you to make your own pizzas for lunch. This is a fun day that will
leave you inspired with the knowledge of how to build your own oven and how
to put it to best use to make fantastic pizzas.
There will be theory, discussion and plenty of hands-on practical work.
The course is suitable for all.
NOTE; you will get very muddy on this day and clean change of clothes to go
home in is essential.
TIME: 10am-4pm
